LDPE WAX

 DESCRIPTION  

LDPE Wax is a by-product of LDPE Polymerization process. It is white sticky solid at room temperature.

 

  PROPERTIES  

LDPE Wax is a wax like product characterized by lower molecular weight, melting point and melt viscosity. It is similar to microcrystalline wax and can be blended with it to improve the heat stability, melt viscosity and solvent resistance.

 PROPERTIES  

CANDLES
LDPE WAX can be blended with paraffin waxes to improve heat stability, ductility and consistence.

COLOR MASTERBATCHES
LDPE WAX can be added to high MFI base polymers used to manufacture color master-batch to improve the dispersability.

POLISHES
LDPE WAX can be added to petroleum derived wax used to manufacture floor polishes, shoe polishes car & furniture polishes to make them more flexible and water repellent.

PRINTING INK
LDPE WAX can be mixed with solvent based printing inks to improve the scratch resistance, water repellency and surface smoothness.

PAPERS
LDPE WAX can provide water proofing and water repellency for lamination or coating of papers.

PLASTIC PROCESSING
LDPE WAX can be used as processing aid and surface improvement for extrusion & injection molding processes.
